Côté Cuisine, Chef Grégory Balland will treat the whole family with a 4-course menu specially composed for this occasion and highlighting the products of Spring.
On the animated side, the excellent photographer Loli Maeght, who won the first prize in the world's biggest photo contest of the magazine PHOTO in 2013, will immortalise this memorable day of her talent and sensitivity during a Family photo shoot in the heart of the garden and will give you your photo-souvenir at the end of your meal.

Quail and broad beans as a terrine, jelly of Drambuie and basil
Scottish salmon as a tartar in a smoked Cannelloni,
cucumber and verbena cream
Foie gras in a cocoa shell,
melting heart of peas and smoked white chocolate
Duck breast, smoked and grilled,
steamed green asparagus and shiitakes with peanut oil
Pan-seared zander, pea cream with galangal
Lamb chops and ravioli of candied lamb with roasted young carrots
Gorgonzola, salad of celery and ache des montagnes
