For 3 generations, Cazaudehore La Forestière marries modernity, authenticity and sense of the moment. It is therefore natural that our program of Easter festivities respond to these three fundamentals.

Easter Menu

The Foie Gras: half-cooked in a cocoa shell,
melting heart with peas & smoked white chocolate
or The Sea Bream: in petals, chickpea mousseline
or The Veal: tenderloin as a tartare,
beetroot rose, scrambled egg with haddock

The Lamb: panfried filet,
candied aubergine lacquered with purple shiso & honey
or The Veal Sweetbreads: vol-au-vent with green asparagus,
vitelotte gnocchi
or The Cod: panfried slices,
risotto with sage, flowing egg in aravioli

Chocolate: cocoa éclair, mango sorbet

Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt

On Monday, April 22nd, there will be a delicious Easter Brunch with generous buffets and the tomfoolery of clown Colelo to entertain the children.

Aperitif with Champagne and musical animation make this meal start with a sweet scent of frivolity, as we like to find it at the beginning of Spring.
Suddenly, the distraught flight of the younger ones running away … pursued by the elders: that’s it, the Easter Bells are over and the Egg Hunt will start. With family or friends, all go exploring the gardens looking for chocolate gifts.

At the tables loaded with their treasures, the feasts resume their course and can easily be extended by a nice walk in the thick surrounding forest, to the Castle itself perhaps, on this Monday which is like a Sunday.

the Egg Hunt will start around 1pm

39 € per child with Egg Hunt
