Happy New Year 2021 !

Dear Friends, Dear Customers, Dear Partners,

We’re not going to lie to you: we’re happy to have turned the page on 2020.
This very special year will have forced us to close the restaurant for more than 5 months and the hotel for more than 2 months. This had not happened to us since World War II …
The health crisis we are going through will also have swept away Pierre, the 2nd generation of Cazaudehore in the heart of the Saint-Germain forest.

Despite this, 2020 was also a year of experimentation and questioning, with great successes such as:

• the opening of our gift shop,
• a complete overhaul of our catering offer,
• the implementation of Cazau @Home,
• the discovery of new partnerships to offer you ever more unique experiences,
• a new in-room concept tested for a memorable New Year’s Eve, confined yet festive & joyful!

We would like to sincerely thank you for always being there by our side, in good times as in the most difficult.
You cannot imagine how your support, even a blink, allows us to keep our chin up, to push our creativity, to always work harder for your pleasure.

And now 2021 opens … and we are still -partially- closed.
This year is still full of promise and we have decided to fight.
Not to fight against (against COVID, against aid that does not arrive, against the stupidity of some, …) but to fight FOR !

• FOR more delicious experiences,
• FOR having you back, with full services, in a near future
• FOR defending the Art de Vivre we love so much,
• FOR Cazaudehore to carry on its evolution, which starts almost a century ago.

To achive that, we have projects “in our heads” and a furious desire to bring them to term.
It is not going to be easy, we know that. The economic situation of our sector is catastrophic and each new week of closure puts a severe strain on our financial capacities.

But we cannot bring ourselves to let this crisis be for nothing.
We have the will to move forward, further, stronger, faster too, convinced that with your support and our motivation, we will overcome all the obstacles that will surely arise in front of us.

Once again, we wish you a good, a beautiful, a superb, a WONDERFUL YEAR 2021! … May it be placed under the sign of our reunion & the “delicious” !
